Project #2 – Monte Cristo (Mount Anna) – March 19th & 20th Hello Volunteers, The second project of the season is next week and we hope you can join us. Here are the details from Clint Garrett of NDOW (SEE MAP AT BOTTOM OF EMAIL): ___ Attached map to camp/guzzler site. As usual all major turns will be marked with orange surveyors tape and/or lathe starting from Middlegate/SR361 – Gabbs road. Fallon to Middlegate – 47 miles Middlegate to camp (gravel pit) on SR361 – 18.5 miles Camp to guzzler (dirt two track) – 8.2 miles Hoping for at least 30 volunteers on Saturday 3-19-16. Access to the guzzler site can be done with both an ATV/UTV or 4X4 vehicle. There is limited parking at the guzzler site, so ride share as much as possible. The camp site designated on the attached map is located just off SR361 and is a large gravel pit with plenty of room for travel trailers. For medical emergencies hopefully Dr. Dennis is there, if not, please let me know so we can make arrangements for someone else with medical expertise to be on site. As usual, if NBU would bring their tool trailer that would be very helpful, thank you. NDOW will have all the materials and backhoe on site. Currently the tanks, fence corners, some uprights, drinker and all plumbing are in place and buried. Apron, gutter and both fences are what’s left to complete the project. ____ Please RSVP to Matt Sweitzer so we can get an accurate head count for meals and supplies: (775) 685-6477 Thank you for your support and hope to see you out there!
